The company was formed in July 1996 and is based in Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire. We specialise in the design and manufacture of special purpose machines. During 2005 / 2006 we developed and manufactured a new type of power flush unit which was tested by local heating engineers for more than six months. We started with our 160 and 235 models which we have now upgraded each respectively to a 200 and 240 models.

The 200 model is fitted with a 750watt pump whilst the 240 model is fitted with a more power full 1000watt pump, so now with recirculation flow rates up to 92 lpm and dumping flow rates up to 37 lpm. (Typical flow rates 50 to 55 lpm) 

Silver Power Flush units have been designed and built to clean the central heating system prior to the installation of a high efficiency boiler or cleaning of current systems with cold areas in the radiators without their removal.

Over a period of time the corrosive products of the central heating system build up causing cold areas within the radiators, this corrosion known as magnetite is the black sludge found in radiators. The most effective way to remove this is to power flush the complete system; also the Silver Power Flush unit can be used to de-scale the system as well as adding a corrosion inhibitor.
