Service and Warranty

We give a 12 month warranty on our machines with proof of purchase. Replacement units are available (on availability) while your unit is being repaired so little or no disruption is caused. 

Engineers will repair the unit as quickly as possible and can deliver back anywhere in the UK.

If the unit has been misused in any way the warranty will be revoked.

Return Policy

Company returns policy for all of are products the company supplies, provided that the item is returned in the original packaging and is unused and in perfect condition inside 28 days.
